Refunds

 

Should you sadly not be happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy from the moment you notify us that you wish to return your item.
Should you wish to return a product for a refund, we will require your copy of the receipt, original packaging and a photographs to confirm its condition and no damage to decoder pins and no solder damage. We'll then process your refund for the product only after inspecting and testing it.

It must be made clear that and damage to the decoder such as bent pins and damage caused by soldering, will not be refunded.


Warranty returns

ESU

In the event a product develops a fault, stops working etc, you have a two year period from the date of purchase in which to notify us and return your product. You must retain your receipt in order for us to process the warranty return and send you a like for like product. We must also stress, any damage to the pins, solder damage or anything else that causes avoidable damage, will void your warranty.

Non-refundable items

Any sound file only purchases, are non-refundable. Once a file has been locked to your decoder's serial number, that is then locked to that decoder. We cannot stress enough the importance of ensuring you have the correct serial number.
